Account for the work
Pay covers one employee. Labor burden is an additional percentage of pay. For a crew, enter combined hours or combined flat pay. Vehicle expense is separate from travel labor.
Compare acquisition scenarios
Choose a channel to apply it to the result above. All channel figures are editable examples, not performance forecasts.
Cost per booked job = cost per lead ÷ booking rate. A 25% booking rate means one booked job for every four leads. At 0%, a booked-job cost cannot be calculated.
How the calculation works
- Revenue minus equipment, parts, other direct costs and vehicle expense gives the amount before labor.
- Subtract employee pay plus labor burden to get the amount after labor.
- Subtract payment fees and allocated overhead.
- Subtract the selected channel’s cost per booked job to get the estimated remaining amount.
- Remaining percentage divides that amount by revenue. It is undefined when revenue is zero.
Calculations retain full precision until display; currency is shown to two decimals. Changing values here never changes prices on the Homepage example.
